  Customer Service says I have to go to the store. The store says they can't help me any more than Customer Service. Blatant passing the buck and can you spell the R-U-N-A-R-O-U-N-D? Another damned Motorola phone is crapping out after 5 weeks of use. $500 to replace the 4th Droid turbo 2 in 18 months. Everyone says Motorola has the best phones. Not to me, the last turbo 2 told me my password was wrong. No, it was my password I had used for years. On the 9th try it said, get it wrong, phone will lock up and erase the phone. It wasn't kidding. It locked up, erased the phone and Verizon couldn't unlock it, Google couldn't unlock it. So $500 later I have a Moto Z2 that turned itself off and would not turn on. Now can you see why I'm just more than a little upset about Motorola equipment? In May my 2 year contract would have been up. But now I'm on my 5th Motorola phone. This one is already acting up after 5 weeks. I'm not a happy camper as regards Motorola or Verizon. Probably shouldn't ask me for a recommendation.
